OUR VALUES

The beating heart of TTEP Italia

"Our values are what inspire us in everything we do."

We believe in the value of people.

At TTEP Italia, we care about each individual as a fundamental pillar of the company.
We strive to foster collaboration because it makes a difference, and we are committed to building a healthy and trusting work environment together.

We are responsible towards ourselves, our colleagues, the environment and society.

Every day we give a good example through our behavior. We are personally accountable for our choices by adopting consistent actions for a sustainable and environmentally friendly future. We take responsibility for protecting our own safety and health, as well as that of those who work with and for us, considering this our daily commitment.

For us, professional competence is a must.

At TTEP Italia, we value people’s experiences and care for their development, potential, and professional growth.
We believe that proactivity, commitment, and sharing skills are the foundation of a winning long-term strategy.

We are open to change and promote innovation.

We want to anticipate changes and propose those necessary for innovation.
We take nothing for granted and adopt critical thinking, without fear of disruption, striving to improve at every opportunity.
