A state-of-the-art facility designed to ensure efficiency, flexibility, and a lower environmental impact.

Thanks to the use of Ansaldo Energia’s latest-generation GT36 H-class gas turbine, the new unit offers an efficiency of over 62% and a reduction in CO₂ and NOx emissions, contributing to grid stability and the integration of non-programmable renewables.

With an investment of approximately 400 million euros and the involvement of over 3,600 technicians, the plant can meet the energy needs of about 1.5 million households, ensuring reliability and security for the national electricity supply.
