With five gas-fired thermoelectric power plants, an installed capacity of approximately 4.6 GW and an annual production of approximately 12 TWh (2025), we are among the main electricity producers in Italy.

Through our €500 million 2026–2030 investment plan, we aim to reach an installed capacity of approximately 6 GW in the coming months, thanks to the construction of new production units and the improvement of the efficiency of existing assets.

Our efficient and high-performance plants are managed according to the highest environmental, safety, and reliability standards. All our production sites have obtained EMAS environmental registration, environmental certification, and worker health and safety certifications.

We also manage the dispatching of three biomass power plants belonging to the TTEP group, a renewable and programmable energy source that contributes to the decarbonization of the energy system.

We are part of TTEP, a 50/50 partnership between EPH and TotalEnergies, headquartered in Amsterdam, established to create one of Europe's leading flexible power generation platform

The company brings together a portfolio of nearly 30 sites in Europe, primarily composed of gas-fired power plants, biomass plants, and battery storage systems, located in Italy, the United Kingdom, Ireland, the Netherlands, and France. With over 14 GW of capacity installed or under construction and annual electricity generation of nearly 30 TWh, TTEP is Europe’s second-largest gas-to-power operator.

Thanks to its flexible assets, it contributes to European energy security and supports the growing integration of renewable energy, such as wind and solar.
