EPH Gas Holding B.V. detiene indirettamente, attraverso Seattle Holding B.V. e la Slovak Gas Holding B.V., una quota pari al 49% e il controllo operativo di SPP Infrastructure (SPPI), appartenete al Gruppo SPPI che opera principalmente in Slovacchia. Quest\u2019ultima include, tra le altre entit\u00e0, EUSTREAM, che opera nel trasporto di gas naturale, SPP- distrib\u00facia, che opera nel settore di distribuzione del gas, NAFTA, SPP Storage e una quota in POZAGAS, che gestiscono impianti di stoccaggio di gas in Slovacchia e\u00a0 Repubblica Ceca;<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019acquisizione da parte di EP Infrastructure, da EPH, del 100% delle azioni di Czech Gas Holding Investment B.V. (CGHI), che detiene una quota del 40,45% in NAFTA;<\/li>\n<li>La vendita da parte di EP Infrastructure, a EPH, del 100% delle azioni di JTSD Braunkohlebergbau GmbH, che controlla, tra le altre, Mitteldeutsche Braunkohlengesellschaft mbH (MIBRAG) e Saale Energie GmBH.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Riguardo alla riorganizzazione, il 29 febbraio 2016, EP Infrastructure ha inoltre aderito ad un accordo, denominato \u201cEPIF Facility Agreement\u201d, riguardante le linee di credito infragruppo. Secondo i termini dell\u2019accordo, \u00e8 stata concessa a EP Infrastructure una linea di credito di 1,6 miliardi di euro la quale \u00e8 stata interamente utilizzata per rifinanziare una parte di debiti EP Infrastructure e alcune sue controllate.<br \/>\nInoltre, a maggio 2015, Pra\u017esk\u00e1 tepl\u00e1rensk\u00e1 (PT), controllata di EP Energy, ha ceduto alcuni asset che consistono in piccole fonti locali di calore e le relative reti di distribuzione situate sulle sponde del fiume Moldava, in Repubblica Ceca. Tali asset sono stati acquisiti da Pra\u017esk\u00e1 tepl\u00e1rensk\u00e1 LPZ (PT LPZ). Il 29 febbraio 2016, PT LPZ ha concluso un accordo con Veolia Energie \u010cR, relativo alla vendita dell\u201985% delle quote di PT LPZ. L\u2019operazione \u00e8 soggetta a condizioni sospensive standard, ivi inclusa l\u2019approvazione da parte delle Autorit\u00e0 competenti in materia di antitrust.<br \/>\nPT PLZ e Veolia Energie \u010cR hanno siglato anche un accordo di opzione relativo al restante 15% delle azioni in PT LPZ, esercitabile tra il 1 luglio 2016 e il 30 settembre 2017.
