From 2011 to 2013, he worked at Unicredit Management Consultancy.<\/p><p>In 2013, he joined Energetick\u00fd a Prumyslov\u00fd Holding, where he was responsible for gas (SPP) and electricity (SSE-Distribucia) distribution activities in Slovakia and managed the Group&#8217;s financial risk.<\/p><p>Since 2015, Peter Cern\u00e1k has been following the activities of the EPH Group companies in Italy, as a Member of the Board of Directors and as CFO (until April 29, 2019) of EP Produzione S.p.A..
